These wheels have crowned threads, this means there's less
surface on the floor, making any load easier to move and turn.
Made of high quality cast iron these wheels provide high
performance, abrasive resistant and long wearing life. Four inch
wheels and larger are furnished with fittings for pressure
lubrication.

Considered one of the most rugged type in the industry, these
superior service wheels will withstand the most severe treatment
anywhere. Ductile iron material has a tensile strength of 40,000
psi, They'll handle loads up to 4,000 lbs. Available with
hardened alloy steel roller bearings or precision tapered
bearings. Threads are fully machined, so that they will
distribute loads over the entire surface. Protects floors while
providing a smooth ride. They almost never break, chip, or crack,
even under the heaviest impact loading,

V-Groove Wheels are just what the name implies. Designed to
move on inverted angle iron tracks. You can move very heavy loads
on these tracks without destroying floor surfaces. These same
wheels can run on regular floors too. When they're run on tracks,
they offer a most popular and low cost method of taking loads off
the plant floor and establishing production line flow. Look to
this type wheel where you encounter acute impact, or where
temperatures can crystallize other kinds of wheels. V-Groove
wheels, in either semi-steel or ductile iron, come with standard
hardened alloy steel roller bearings. Zerk fittings for
lubrication are provided in all wheel hubs.

Here's a wheel with a softer rubber tread that's permanently
bonded to a hard composition rubber hub. You'll find these wheels
working successfully for light loads, where noise is a factor or
where floors are rough. Extremely quiet and easy rolling, they're
installed with permanently lubricated sleeve bearings that
require no maintenance. They also provide resistance to impacts,
while resisting oil, water and most chemicals.

Plain, Roller bearing, Delrin Bearing, Self Lube Bearing
A solid hard rubber wheel. A low cost easy rolling wheel that
offers good floor protection. Quieter than steel wheels and
highly resistant to chemicals, grease, oil, mild acids and
alkali's. Strong and chip resistant, they're non-marking,
non-sparking and easy swiveling. They offer higher load ratings
than the soft tread rubber wheel.

These wheels a compounded of top quality rubber, vulcanized
to semi-steel centers. They're built to last. They combine
resilience with total wear-ability, matching and sometimes
surpassing synthetic rubbers in grease resistance. Hardened steel
roller bearings have hardened steel outer races for longer wear.
The semi-steel wheel centers are thoroughly powder coated black
to protect against outside corrosion and contamination. They're
equipped with fittings for pressure lubrication.

The injection molded polyolefin wheel is recognized as the
"easy roller" lasting performer. Protects floors,
non-marking. Withstands impacts. Superb resistance to both water
and chemicals makes this wheel the solution for wet and sloppy
conditions. More durable and less costly than other wheels of
comparable capacities. Operating temperatures from - 20F. up to
+230F. Wide selection of bearing type and load ratings to meet
most requirements. Consider this type for food processing,
warehousing, manufacturing and office operations.

Bearing Type
Plain, Roller bearing, Delrin Bearing
The new development in extremely high load capacity synthetic
rubber wheels. A truly versatile type, for they can be used on
virtually any floor surface. Application temperature range from -
30F to + 180F., and not affected by oils or greases and most
industrial solvents. Constructed of polyurethane 90 Durometer
Shore A. Their non-marking, non-staining qualities combine with
their resistance to impact, shock, abrasion. Outwears rubber four
to ten times with twice the load capacity. Polyurethane also
deadens sound with the floor-protecting qualities of rubber.
Designed and built with quality and performance in mind. These
wheels are tougher, more cost efficient. Resist scuffing,
chunking out. They retain their new look, start easily, run
quietly and roll effortlessly.

Here's a most economical wheel for most general purpose
applications. Used for high capacity requirements, this type is
composed of macerated canvas that's impregnated with phenolic
resins. Operates more quietly than steel, with the same capacity
of metal. Rolls easily, yet protects floors. Resists shock, water
and oil. Rated at 90 Shore D hardness, able to withstand - 50F.

Solid center. Not pressurized, cushioned rubber-tired wheels.
They're quiet, easy operating, completely protecting all types of
floors. With these wheels you can get the most traction on soft
ground surfaces.
